On Saturday, May 11, 2024,
First Baptist Church Lemon Grove had the honor to host a Vacation Bible School training sponsored by the San Diego Southern Baptist Association. Pastor Walt Hatch and a team from Hilltop Baptist Church and Iglesia Bautista Torre Fuerte lead the training.
Everyone was encouraged. We had fun learning administration, worshipping together, mission and evangelism, and lower and upper elementary school curriculum. We are all looking forward to having Vacation Bible School in our local churches.
This is what Kingdom Collaborative Work looks like. Over 65 people were in attendance, and several different churches participated. God is good!
