How does a Church become a Member of the Association?

An application form is completed and submitted to the SDSBA office. This begins a process which includes meeting with the SDSBA Admin Council or Director of Missions. When membership is approved it includes membership in the State and National registry as a participating Southern Baptist Church. An SBC-ID number is assigned which allows for, a number of, benefits for group purchase discounts, church literature discounts from Lifeway Christian Resources, and much more.
Each year new churches are introduced in the Annual Meeting and Celebration event.
